Our Mission

Staying Put in New Canaan is a 501(c)(3) non-profit volunteer-supported organization dedicated to giving our seniors the practical means and social support to live their lives to the fullest, safely and confidently, in the New Canaan community.

50 members of Staying Put in New Canaan enjoyed a perfect summer evening on August 14th at a pot-luck picnic dinner. Famous chef, Jim Cole, enjoys an appetizer with Dick and Lois Sandberg. Everyone relaxed and enjoyed a great evening!

Meet at the snack bar, weather permitting, and enjoy a delicious hot do, salad or sandwich.

Wed., Aug., 27, 6 p.m: Waveny Concert
Join your friends and have a blast! Bring a picnic dinner, chair and your flashlight. Sit back to listen to Big Band Classics from the Fairfield County Counts Big Band. We will help with anything you need to carry. SPNC will supply cold beverages. RSVP.
RAIN DATE: Thursday, Aug. 28.

Wed., Sept. 3, 12:00 p.m: BUSH HOLLEY HOUSE MUSEUM
Greenwich. Come enjoy a 1:00 p.m. docent tour of this historical landmark. Free. Car pool at Staying Put. Please RSVP.
